BPAY View was rolled out in January 2016 to those land tax customers who prefer the convenience of receiving their assessments online to that of traditional paper correspondence.
As at 30 June, we recorded strong take-up – an indication of a growing customer preference. BPAY View also offers considerable cost savings to the SRO (a 60 per cent decrease compared to printing and delivering hardcopy assessments) and strong efficiency gains.
As with our strategy for land tax assessment amendments, our business is driven by the challenge to implement efficiencies that serve the needs of our customers.
